Alrighty kiddos, here's the basis of the new plot. We wanna hear your ideas!
"As the new Redwallers settle into their ancestral home, they turn their attention back out into Mossflower. Skipper and his crew move back into Camp Willow, with a small contingent returning to Camp Moss, mostly moles and those who cannot stand to be in Redwall, reminded of the Fort. As the Redwallers look for an abbot or abbess to lead them, they and the otters and moles start looking for allies in the various settlements around Mossflower.
Some conflict arises when the ambassador contacts some vermin villages, and within their own walls, no less. Groups of woodlanders are up in arms, refusing to trust these possible new allies. The vermin are tentative, at best, they too recall N'Tashi's rule and the treatment they received at the paws of the rebel force. All are suspicious and no one is quite sure who to trust."

I just made Jukra Mahl to sort of fit this situation. ;3, He's on the rise as a Juska Chieftain with 300 currently under his command. He never got involved with N'Tashi, purposely avoided it by sticking close to the shore to see what would become after the conflict was concluded.
With creatures distrusting one another, this stands as the perfect time for him to intervene. He would be sending scouts of his to contact some of the vermin bands and settlements to help gather beasts to his cause. He would promise protection to those who needed it and vengeance to those who wanted it. He plans to sack the camps, collect in blood for those who choose to join his cause, and perhaps even overthrow Redwall once and for all, total annihilation of the woodlanders his ultimate goal.
He wants to expand his territory as Juska, reclaim the former glory of their bloodiest days. And nothing says Juska like total domination. ;3

I fully endorse Fleech-Hunter's idea. Could certainly work Vsevolod into Juska Mahl's cause, once tipping him back over the fence of vengeance. After, of course, bringing him back out of the dark little box in the corner, layered with cobwebs and dust and whatnot.
Will certainly need to do some major revisions on my part, but its doable.
Could probably work Redin into this potential conflict as well, provided I get to crank out all my plans before it starts to get interesting.

Sounds pretty good to me. I think Fleech-Hunter's idea is one in the right direction as well, it would very easy for me to step back into the vermin type role that I'm known for at TFM. My character, Vrelt, would fit into the plot as an ally to the Juska, while Braylon would lean more toward helping out Redwall's side.
This plot, so far, get's my stamp of approval, for whatever it's worth.

Well, any time anyone is ready to go on this, I'm basically just sitting around twiddling my thumbs 'til I get to use Jukra. ;3
Though I imagine it would be nice to see more people interested in a storyline, not necessarily this one, but anything really, I'm adaptable. xD

Ok guys, we have our major baddie. Welcome to Jukra! I'd prefer if we had some vermin in the horde, as well as some from the villages and things. Its hard to ambassador to NPCs! Be creative! Think outside the box!

I have Grisan Khan, who's in my siggy now. He will go on whoever's side that pays the most, being a mercenary type. A Clan of around twenty wildcats, along with around 100 followers in their little settlement.

Leaf Eye could fit in as help for Redwall. He might even find the vermin with red tipped arrows in the horde. Any of you guys willing to be the red tipped arrow vermin? Even if no one is, it could just be one of the really low ranking vermin.

Disregarding my prospective inactivity, I would like to offer an idea or two involving my seer-character, Lachlan, for consideration. Now, I don't know how Skipper would want to go about appealing to the Juska, but if Jukra is as superstitious as his profile implies, Lachlan's occupation as seer could prove useful. He could both investigate the Juska, and act as ambassador (though I'm sure anyone'd be hesitant to let him try his paw at the latter). Of course, there's first the matter of bringing Lachlan back to Redwall, but that can be taken care of in a thread or two.

Ok, rakko, shore hasn't replied so you coulD be the vermin. You could still be a healer, but all I need is for you to have red arrow tips and to have killed Leaf Eye's father. The vermin isn't needed yet. I'll find some way of telling you when she would be needed. Is it ok if Leaf Eye injures you but thinks your dead, soothing his revenge? Then you could heal yourself if you wanted.

Hmm...I think I could turn this into a very interesting character. There aren't many female warlords that I know of from the books and not many warlords that are healers too. She could have been the mate and healer of the previous leader and he was murdered (by her?) and she became leader... oh and then yea, killed your guy's father. Leaf Eye could have nearly fataly injured her but she narrowly survived and now she's commi9ng back to try to kill him I like that. If no one else has objections I can start working on the bio
