[I've been trying to make a plot like this forever!!!]
Khan:

a king of 2 or more Clans

a khan's brother

Tags: [in the Clan dialogue, you do not have to speak it when you are referring them by their full name, ex. Wyslan Aerias]
pharaoh-: tagged onto the name of a king before you say it [ex. Pharaoh Grisan]
-khan: tagged onto the name of a leader after you say it [ex. Grisan-khan]
-sama: tagged after the name of someone higher in rank than you, or a teacher [ex. Wyslan-sama]
-san: tagged after the name of your equal. [ex. Birchir-san]
-kun: a friendly tag after a male friend's name to signify affection [Wyslan-kun]
-chan: a friendly tag after a female friend's name to signify affection. Can also be used derisively after a male's name to signify weakness [ex. Jemala-chan]
-bakon: a derisive tag after someone's name to imply insult [ex. Birchir-bakon]
Articles of Affiliation:
I. The khan's word is law
II. Treason or desertion without the khan's word shall be punished with death
III. You may not steal from anyone, and that is punishable by the cleaving of one finger.
IV. Killing your own comrade is punishable by death
V. All newcomers must be taken to a high ranking official of the Grisan Clan to be checked and inspected.
VI. Cats cannot breed without the consent of the khan. Punishable with flogging
VII. All female cat newcomers must be bred with Grisan Khan to ensure the continuation of his line as well as loyalty from her and her children.
