Ivy is a sleek, red squirrel with amber colored fur. Her underbelly is a creamy white color with faint golden streaks. Ivy’s paws and muzzle are lighter amber then the rest of her body. There is a white ring around her eye that amplifies the intensity of her strikingly green eyes. An unusual pure white marking, shaped somewhat like a rose, contributes to the “rose” part of her name. A long, faint scar on her back is the only mark on her body. Ivy is fleet, lean, and strong due to the fact that she raised herself in Mossflower Woods.Belongings:
Ivy can be seen in a weathered green tunic and a creamy white sash. Sometimes she wears a green hat set with a red feather. She owns a carved paw bracelet that has a picture of ivy and a rose carved into it. Always at her side is her trusty longbow and quiver, and a small dagger with a piece of amber set in its pommel.

is widely known at Redwall. Even though she can find a funny side to everything, Ivy knows when to take life serious. Ivy often jokes to mask her terrible past, one that she never wants to reencounter. She enjoys spending time with friends and being out in the wilderness of Mossflower she knows so well. Ivy is very skilled at climbing trees, (like all squirrels) and is very fast. Her only weakness is the story of her life before Redwall, one that still haunts her. (She has mentioned her past to almost no beast.)
Ivyrose was born into a family of travelers. Ever since her first memory, Ivy had been on the move. On their journey, her family met lots of creatures, some good and some bad. Her earliest memory was when Ivy’s family fell upon a camp of vermin. They had escaped with their lives, but barely. The group of stoats, ferrets, sea rats, and foxes tracked them in hope of some easy plunder.Code Words: -correct-
When Ivy’s family thought they were safe, they stopped running and made camp. Unbeknownst to the family, the group of vermin was still on their trail. The vermin attacked Ivy’s family, killing her parents. But Ivy’s parents went down fighting, with her father slaying beasts with his dagger, and her mother felling vermin with her bow and arrows. Ivy was found and captured. For fun, the vermin tossed Ivy into the ford close to the camp thinking that she would perish.
Due to Ivy’s swimming skills, she made it out of the ford alive. That night, Ivy swore to take her revenge on her parent’s deaths. And that she did.
After years of tracking the vermin, Ivy found her chance to attack. In the dead of night she attacked, leaving no beast alive. Like a badger under the influence of the Bloodwrath, Ivy wreaked havoc on the vermin camp. She had no control over herself and was driven from anger at the vermin who killed her parents.
After her attack on the vermin, Ivy wandered the woodlands in search of a purpose. She had been severely wounded on her back, (her scar) and was helped by the Guosim. She became great friends with them and helped them in times of need. Ivy found her purpose at Redwall Abbey. There she helped good creatures with their fight against evil.
The memory of her terrible attack on the vermin has not left her mind, and probably never will. But Ivyrose has found friends and comfort at Redwall Abbey, where she now leads a fulfilling life.
