I've been pretty much bored at home recently, and am most days until I get a job or head back to college (but even when college starts up I usually have downtime between classes to post at least a couple times a day).
I'd love to find an active and literate RP partner to post with regularly. Just some one-on-one threads so that it keeps moving fluidly and we both get to write daily.
RPing to me is both fun and useful. ;3, It helps me as a writer to sharpen my skills so I can better write my own personal stories. Plus it's relaxing and tons of fun to be able to be creative. ^^
I'd love to find a partner who is on every day and can post at the very least once or twice a day, though more is most definitely awesome. ^^
I also want a partner who is literate. ;3, I myself can crank out anywhere from 3-9 literate paragraphs depending on my partner and his/her ability to write. The more I get the more I can give. So naturally I'd like someone who is able to write out a literate 2-3 paragraphs at the least. ^^
I have a couple characters but would most likely make any others I might need. ;3, If this sounds like something that could work for you we can brainstorm a story between the two of us that'll work out for us both. ^^
If later on it becomes necessary (or it would be fun) to invite another person, that's fine. But for the most part it'll be one-on-one since I want this to be a sort of fast-paced posting RP. ;3, Too many people in a thread means you wind up waiting longer, and I'd like to be able to write every day. ^^
Well, anyway, if you have any questions or would like to write with me, let me know! =D

I've been looking for someone like you. I would love to be in a few one-on-one rp's with you. I'm able to post at least once or twice a day every day unless I'm away from home. I consider myself pretty literate, and try to make my posts at least a few paragraphs long. I like it when people make the effort to write longer posts, so I try to do the same. I absolutely adore doing one-on-one rp's, and I think it'd be amazing to do some with you. My characters could most likely fit in any plotline you could think up, or if not I may be able to make more. I would just like to be in a thread that is fast-paced and is posted in every day, like you said. I'm sure I left some info out, so you can ask me more questions if you want, or if you've already found a partner, it's completely fine. Good luck and God bless!

Nope, I haven't found any partners yet. lol ;3, Not any literate ones anyway. xD
I'd most likely design a new character specifically for the circumstance because my other two don't really suit anything at this time. ^^
My question would be, what sort of story do you want to do? =D, Adventure, travel, mystery, revenge? Something with action and battle? Something relaxed or high strung? ;3
Do any of your characters have plot hooks we can use? ;3, For example, on another board I have a young squirrel who's parents died at the steps of the Abbey bringing he and his brother there as babes. They'd been forced from their home due to some unknown reason, leaving he and his brother absolutely clueless about their roots. But they did leave him with a medallion, some sort of heirloom passed down throughout his family. He's left with nothing but whispers of a tribe he came from a home he's never known, so naturally, his goal is to one day find it.
If any of your characters have any sort of plot hooks of that sort, I'd be more than happy to see if I could work with it. ;3

Well, my main character Django has a similar story to your squirrel character. He and his father had been living in Mossflower ever since Django was born. Diana, his mother, died when Django was an infant. Martin, Django's father (coincidental name) brought Django to Redwall when the boy turned fifteen. Unfortunately, Martin was killed by a rat archer at the east wicker gate and Django was carried into the Abbey by an otter.
My other character, a black squirrel named Alne, also has an interesting story. She and her pregnant mother came into Mossflower when Alne was only about ten years old. They lived in Camp Moss for a few years, but Alne's mother died giving birth to Fenn, Alne's little brother. Now these two live at Redwall.
I also have a shrew character, Nik, who's the Logalog of the Guosim. And I'm pretty sure I could make at least one more character if you don't think any of these plot hooks will work.
Personally, I would want to do an rp with some action. Mayhaps one of my characters could help your character search for his tribe, and on the way they encounter vermin attacks or something.
Feel free to ask me any questions you have about my characters. I could dig up their bios and send you their stories if need be; that wouldn't be any problem. :3

What sort of plot did you have in mind for your squirrel? ;3, Any hooks there?
I can't do much with a Log-a-Log, and it seems like Django might be stationary at Redwall. Or is he? ;3

Django's not really stationary anywhere, and Alne could fit into any plotline, really. They both love to travel and go on adventures, so, you can take your pick. :3
I don't really think I had much of a plotline in mind for either Django or Alne. I'll go with whatever you want.

I've been trying to brainstorm what I'd like to do. x3, I always try and create different characters for the games I play at so I have some diversity, and it took me awhile to think of a concept I'm not currently playing elsewhere that would be intriguing. x3
BUT! I remembered a character concept I felt I couldn't do elsewhere since I already have too many characters (lol, and yet I hardly get to post, it just doesn't make sense. xD).
I've been holding onto this concept for a while because I didn't really have the proper place or circumstance to play him. He's an albino rat, completely blind since birth, who is a sort of dream/vision seer. Very soft-spoken and kindly, eager to help others any way he can but often finds himself unable due to his condition. (I've yet to choose an age, maybe late 20s).
What I would need for him I suppose, is a plot hook. There are plenty of things open for him, naturally, as his visions could come into play at any time. He could be found stumbling about, muttering about war and blood and something eerie. It could conveniently tie into any one of your characters' histories if we wanted, making it that much more cryptic and interesting.
We'd just need to see what exactly is possible, or if there's anything you'd prefer. ;3

Hmm, maybe your rat could be found by Django and his father Martin as they begin their trek to Redwall. He could be warning them not to go, for he has seen that Martin will be killed outside the gates. Django takes pity on the rat and asks his father to bring him with them. Then they reach the abbey and your rat's vision comes true.
Just an idea.
Or perhaps he could stumble into the Guosim camp and be warning about blood and fighting, when my shrew Nik is about ten years or so. The shrews take him in and care for him, thinking he's hallucinating or insane when suddenly, a big vermin gang attacks, killing Nik's father, who's the Logalog and thus making Nik the new leader.
Again, just a suggestion. I feel as if my characters are the central ones in both these plotlines, so, I'm open to your ideas.
I really like your rat character, by the way. :3

I usually prefer a supporting role as opposed to a main one. lol xD
Either of those situations sound fine, but... Nik becomes a Log-a-Log at age 10...? Wouldn't an older, better seasoned second-in-command make a better choice in such a situation? That's normally the reason a leader has a second in command. ;3

You're right about the Logalog thing. I'm sorry I didn't explain. Nik sort of unofficially became leader at age 10, but the elders of the Guosim were the ones doing most of the leading and making decisions until he got older. Nik's father didn't really have a second-in-command because he didn't think he needed one.
Whatever you want to do is fine with me, though. :3
