I think that maybe now that Soko has been visited by Martin, the slaves will plan a rebellion, fail miserably, then escape to plan a better one at camp moss, we can see to the finer deets later!!

Yeah, I think a failed one would be good. See a few murders, having a few near death experiences and realizing what they are up against will be a bit sobering.

So, what you're saying is that it fails, but a few escape? Like in that book with martin and rose? I forgot the name.

I think it wouldn't be so much a sneaky escape as much as it would be "Oh crap we're losing, well they are going to kill us all anyway if we get caught so lets try to blindly fight out way out." A few succeed.

Actually, the slave 'rebellion' is really a fancy-worded escape... they're not trying to win any battles yet.

Maxi and I have been talking, and he essentially persuaded me to consider taking up the mantle of the corsair captain. If the idea appeals to anyone, or if there is just that much desperation for corsairs, I would not mind trying my hand at a good old-fashioned invasion of Salamandastron.
I'll totally understand if the idea doesn't work, though. This is my first post, after all, and I wouldn't mind someone who's more active here getting the position.

Ok- Corsairs attacking Sali plot- thought of by Rocky No more than four ships sound good? Need sali to get a move on. Ideas? C'mon peeps, the world runs on 'em! I need everyone who's been offering as a corsair captain to post. Then we can decide if there's gonna be a supreme captain or if they all arrive and duke it out to see who leads or if they all fight separately... k? Nicodemus
