Your character's full name:
Species: American Marten
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Raucus M'KoroAge: 19
Species: American Marten
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Rather like a weasel, Raucus has a long body. He is slim and muscular, and is mostly a warm cinnamon color. He does, however, have a white throat and both of his small ears are white. His paws are small, but they are big enough to hold the spiked mace that he carries everywhere with him. He has long claws on each paw, and beady little black eyes that are completely dead of any sort of feeling. He usually wears a black cloak and not much else- he usually has on a pair of loose black pants as well, but he doesn't like to burden himself down with fancy clothing.Belongings:
Raucus carries a large, spiked silver mace that he loves to intimidate people with. It is never far from his paw at any time.Job or Position:
An assassin, mainly. He works for whomever pays the most.Personality:
At first, Raucus was a kind marten, and was very affectionate towards all living beasts. However, when his family was murdered by a group of hares when he was eight, with the exception of his younger brother Daily, his mind became focused on exacting revenge on the entire race of hares. Over the years, his mind was corrupted by this desire, twisted by his anger and hatred. Raucus no longer cares for anything other than making sure he can kill as many hares as possible in his lifetime and protect Daily at the same time.History and Background Information:
Raucus is a mean beast. He has no regard for good, honest beasts, and would as soon as kill one as look at him. A treacherous, back-stabbing creature, the only one that Raucus is loyal to is his own self and his brother, Daily M'Koro. If Raucus is around, that means that dead bodies are as well. He doesn't trust anyone other than his brother, and believes that, to get something done right, he has to do it himself. It is for that reason that Raucus and Daily don't have any rats or stoats or anyone do their dirty work for them. Raucus is very intelligent, though, and is extremely good at hiding himself. If he doesn't want to be seen, then he won't be, and if he wants you dead, then you will be. Raucus always gets what he wants, partly because he's mean and cruel and brutal enough to take it, and partly because there is no one to oppose him. Raucus has a horrible temper as well, and, once, he got so mad at one of Daily's suggestions that he cut his brother from shoulder to shoulder, and has kept Daily near him ever since with threats or with sheer willpower.
Raucus grew up on a small farm far from any of the other groups of beasts in Mossflower. His parents and siblings were all modest farmers, who made their living peacefully and without disturbing anyone else. However, when he was eight, a group of hares-he assumed they were Long Patrol- out far from their usual area for some reason that is unknown to all, came by his house. Not knowing what to do, his parents and siblings armed themselves. Looking as much like a weasel or stoat or other vermin that the family of martens did, the hares attacked and killed everyone except for Raucus and his younger brother Daily.Any other details: Code Words: _CORRECT-
Taking responsibility over his younger sibling, Raucus grabbed a heavy stick for both Daily and himself to use as a club, and set off. Together, they traveled, and together their hate for hares grew and grew and grew, until both of the martens swore on their own blood that they would find the Long Patrol and kill every hare they came in contact with and every other goodbeast they saw. So Raucus' mind became twisted with hate and anger, and he in turn brainwashed his brother Daily into the same fanatic frenzy.
One day, when Raucus and Daily were raiding the home of some farmer hares, Raucus found a mace that was left over from the hare's Long Patrol days. He took it and ran with Daily before the hares ever came back from their fields, and has carried it with him ever since.
