Barr is neither short nor tall for his species. He has golden-brown fur, with a deep yellow collar and breast. His head-fur is kept long, tied back with a piece of string. A few strands come down across his dark, squinting eyes. Below the corner of his left eye a black spot in his fur stands out uniquely. He has long eyelashes and even longer whiskers; he looks laidback and sleepy, bored even. His snout is short, and has a small pink nose. His figure is that of a slave: thin, weather-beaten and tired. All things accounted for, though, he is a handsome young field mouse. He wears a ripped white tunic, with a piece of rope for a belt. When outside a rough, grey cloak is about his shoulders.

Personality:

Barr grew up as a slave, witnessing countless violent acts towards himself and other slaves. Violence, because of this, has become second-nature to Barr. Most things, actually, that would be morally wrong to other good-beasts have become normal. Barrstow has grown up among slaves and a horde of vermin; his morals are naturally a bit sedated. Besides that, Barr is a quiet mouse, who has kept to himself most of his life. He is rather cynical and sarcastic, and he does not value his life as he should - mainly because his life is one of poverty and oppression. Those who know him well, however, understand that this attitude is merely a shield he has but up to guard himself against more pain; in reality he is quite friendly, and loves to laugh.

History and Background Information:

Barr did not know his parents well. When he was three they passed away. His father froze to death, and within two weeks of this horrible event so had his mother. It is because of this that he knows so little about his family history, and has grown up as an introvert. Besides that, his life has been fairly uneventful: he is a slave.
