Rakusagi is a handsome young otter, though it is hard to notice under his garb. When going into battle he is fully armored, and provided with some of the finest crafted leather. When not in battle, he wears red boofy, 'bell-bottum' pants and a long greenish vest. His “father” found two long white leaves, about the same size, and presented them to Rakusagi as a gift. He has a joker hat that is Green, blue and red. There are two holes cut for his makeshift hare ears. His fiddle is blue.Belongings:

Rakusagi is a fun-loving creature. He loves to joke and have fun, but can also be almost to serious when in battle. When he’s battling, his true otter qualities take over. Not in battle however, he’s just like any other hare. He loves to make music and loves to play the fiddle. If he’s not playing, he’s either fighting, figuring out a new battle plan, or composing a new song. He rarely notices that he is an otter anymore and is very sure of his life in the Patrol.History and Background Information:
Strengths: He is a very strong fighter and is very skilled with his sword.
Weaknesses: He is teased by his foes a lot about his heritage and though he tries not to let it get to him, sometimes he will lose it. He is also very strict when it comes to other beasts using or touching his sword, as it his only real possession.
Twelve seasons ago a young otter was found on the bank of the River Moss. Beneath him, semi-burried in the mud was a beautiful silver sword. His descoverers, despite the hard times, where three kind hares ont here way to the legendary Salamandasteron. Once they arived, the kind badger Lord agreed to keep the otter at the Mountain. There, he grew up as a hare and learned their ways of speach, battle, and appitite. However when he goes into battle he is very fierce and strong, calling on his natural otter abbilities. Today, he has become a well known Major who works hard to defend the creatures of Mossflower.Any other details:
